General Policy

CoinRepublik is committed to fair and transparent practices. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

Deposits

Deposits made to your CoinRepublik account are generally non-refundable once credited to your account and used in gameplay. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Deposits made in error (within 24 hours, if unused)

Premium Subscriptions

Premium citizen subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • No significant premium benefits have been utilized
  • Account is in good standing

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future billing.

Virtual Items and Currency

Purchases of virtual currency, in-game items, and other digital goods are final and non-refundable. This includes USD purchased, company opening fees, production licenses, and any other virtual assets.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you are sending to/from the correct addresses. CoinRepublik is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
  2. Include your username and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any supporting documentation

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Losses from gameplay, trading, or betting
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the transaction
  • Funds already withdrawn from the platform
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with payment providers
